Product descriptions and technical specifications displayed on this website are for general informational purposes; binding technical parameters shall be subject to the final datasheet or Proforma Invoice ("PI") confirmed by both parties.

2. Quotations, Orders & Pricing

• All quotations issued by Zhilianxun Limited are valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise specified in writing.
• A purchase order ("PO") submitted by a buyer shall only become binding upon written acceptance or issuance of an official Proforma Invoice / Sales Contract by Zhilianxun Limited.
• Unless otherwise agreed in the PI, prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and exclude import duties, local value-added taxes (VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees in the destination country.

3. Payment Terms

We accept corporate wire transfers (SWIFT / T/T), local Hong Kong bank transfers (FPS / CHATS), and approved cross-border B2B payment platforms. Standard payment terms require deposit confirmation prior to production or dispatch, with the balance settled according to the terms specified on the official Commercial Invoice.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Incoterms

• International shipments are executed in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 (typically EXW, FOB Hong Kong, CIF, or DDP as specified in the Sales Contract).
• Estimated lead times are provided in good faith. Zhilianxun Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage to the hardware products passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm upon handover to the designated carrier.

5. Limited Hardware Warranty & RMA Policy

• Zhilianxun Limited warrants that its hardware products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment (unless an extended warranty is purchased).
• In the event of a verified hardware defect within the warranty period, buyers may request a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") for repair, replacement, or credit.
• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized firmware modification, power surges, water damage, or physical abuse.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product model designations, UI layouts, and embedded device firmware, is the property of Zhilianxun Limited or its licensors and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zhilianxun Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of network data) arising out of the use or inability to use our hardware products. Our aggregate liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

8. Export Control & Compliance

The buyer acknowledges that telecom and networking hardware may be subject to international export control and trade compliance laws. The buyer agrees not to re-export, resell, or transfer any products purchased from Zhilianxun Limited to any jurisdiction or entity prohibited by applicable United Nations, Hong Kong, US, or EU sanctions.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any commercial contracts entered into with Zhilianxun Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation, failing which it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
